Life Inc is about your growth and development; be it in a personal capacity or as part of an organisation. Started by Lisa Steingold, Life Inc provides coaching and consulting solutions that lead to a more fulfilling life experience.

Change is usually viewed as external to oneself but Lisa's takes an inside, out approach to change. She believes that self development by becoming aware of one?s attitudes, beliefs and feelings in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of oneself is the biggest catalyst to improving one?s life experience.

Whilst we all contain the knowledge, wisdom and power to live fulfilling, more meaningful lives, we all need guidance and help along the way. Even coaches need coaches!

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy in the form of counselling or psychotherapy focuses on healing. Coaching focuses on becoming conscious of thoughts, beliefs and attitudes to result in a change in one's future.

Lisa uses her practical ability, her passion for movement, her skills in communication, love of working with people and her own experience and successes to empower clients to reach their goals.

Life Inc. is bound by a code of ethics. These include;

Confidentiality - Lisa is bound by confidentiality and will not in any case disclose client's personal information to any third party.

Process - coaching is a process and whilst results vary between individuals, this is usually gradual. Coaching is not an instant solution but the results seen will have an impact on the rest of your life.

Responsibility and accountability - Lisa can not under any circumstances, make decisions on behalf of clients nor can she be held accountable for client's actions. Lisa acts as facilitator in the decision making process.

Referrals - where Lisa feels that she is not qualified to deal with specific cases she may refer the client to an alternative professional. This is always in the best interests of the client.
