Life Inc is not about airy fairy concepts of positive thinking; it's about becoming real. It's about becoming REAL with yourself; real about what you want and what you don't and about what behaviour needs to change in order to get there.
Sometimes becoming real means taking a hard look at yourself, your relationships, your body....but its the only way through. It's through this process that we learn to shed beliefs that keep us trapped and move forward with a different belief system and way to live our lives. The last step is making it practical because if it isn't practical, it's not real!
It's not easy but discovering the real you brings life to a whole new dimension....JUST IMAGINE!

“I’ve always wanted to change the world”
A little bit over ambitious perhaps somewhat naive but nonetheless true. The way that we change the world is through ourselves, rather than focusing on anything external to ourselves. It's about learning to become aware of our thoughts and emotions and how they contribute to our wellbeing.
I coach because I love being part of the GET REAL process. So many of today's teachings stem from "The Secret" and point towards getting everything you want. In my experience life doesn't always give you what you want but it does provide us with infinite opportunities to become aware, shape our lives and step into the truth and joy of who we really are....despite circumstance.
The REAL secret is that THE TRUTH will set you free!
